Buying prints from Kip Gresham Editions

You can buy works by emailing the studio, or by arranging an appointment to visit the studio.

Although we do not ship framed work, we can provide advice on framing.

Pricing and Payment

If you are buying by email or in person, you can pay by cheque or by a bank transfer. We will provide you with all the necessary details.

Your order is priced in British pounds. If you are paying by cheque in a currency other than British pounds there will be a charge for currency conversion.

If your purchase is to be exported outside the European Union, you will not be charged Value Added Tax. If you live within the European Union Value Added Tax will be added at the UK rate of 20%. If you are VAT registered in an EU country outside of the UK, please contact us to arrange for VAT deduction, or reclaim your VAT in the usual way.

Returns and refunds

Prints can be returned up to 14 days from purchase if you are dissatisfied for any reason, and we will return your payment. If you choose to return work, please be aware it must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition. You will also be responsible for the freight costs and will need to ensure you include the original shipping documents.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us straight away. We will either arrange a refund, a replacement print or credit towards another purchase.

Confidentiality

We will not pass your personal details on to any third party. If you have signed up to our email Mailing List, you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
